SHIPPING POLICY

All Scourge products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks (7–14 business days) for production and processing before your order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier after dispatch.

Order issues: If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable window after the tracking shows delivered, or if tracking hasn’t updated, contact us at dart29870@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help resolve it.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order
